Brrr….cold. Told K she brought the cold weather with her. This weekend was warm and sunny, and the temperature dropped last night, and now we’re under a freeze warning.
Now, if you are up north, you will laugh. But the problem is this:
No one knows how to drive down here in inclement weather. Not rain, not snow, certainly not ice.
Road conditions that would not faze a Yankee throws everyone here into a tizzy. Add that to holiday traffic and you get the idea. I’m not leaving the house till the morning.
The upside is I get to use my oven and make cold-weather meals! Like chicken pot pie, which is resting on the top of the stove.
Wishing everyone a nice warm night, a fire in the fireplace if you have one, warm drink and a warm meal.
